Bicycle to Lose Weight Day 1

At my continuous attempt to Lose Weight, I have purchased a bicycle for my exercise alternative to Brisk Walking. Day 1 was a fail though, I only rode the bicycle for 30 minutes. I had no idea how to change gears haha and I had to go home since I couldn’t clearly see the road. No eyeglasses! Lol. I also didn’t want to shock my body on its first day since this weekend I am headed to a trip with Bloggers at General Santos.

I’d love to document this new adventure of mine, starting next week, I will post my current weight and how I’m progressing at my Goal to Lose Weight. So far, I have made some minor changes in my lifestyle like cutting on soda and rice. We’ll see.. :)
